Sample itinerary
Pandas and Dujiangyan
Visit Dujiangyan Panda Valley, then explore Yangtianwo Panda Square, Dujiangyan Irrigation System and Guanxian Old Town. The day can be paced around the group's interests, with time for local food and an evening stroll.
Leshan and Suji Ancient Town
Travel to Leshan and begin around Suji Ancient Town for local snacks and a slower riverside atmosphere. Later, take a river cruise or another suitable viewpoint for the Leshan Giant Buddha, then return to Chengdu.
Chengdu to the Jiuzhaigou area
Take the most suitable high-speed rail and local transfer combination toward the Jiuzhaigou area. After check-in, a Tibetan-style dinner or cultural activity can be considered if it suits the group's interests and the local schedule.
Full day in Jiuzhaigou
Explore Jiuzhaigou National Park at a pace suited to the weather and the group's walking comfort. Focus on the park's lake, waterfall and forest-valley landscapes, with room for slower viewpoints and photography.
Jiuzhaigou area to Chengdu
Return to Chengdu via Chuanzhusi, the Minjiang headwaters or another suitable stop when conditions allow. After the rail or road connection, enjoy a relaxed Chengdu evening around Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li or another neighborhood that matches the group.
Departure or onward travel
Transfer to the airport or train station according to the confirmed schedule. The route can also be extended with more Chengdu time or another destination in China.
